Dorion was born and raised in the Township of Burlington, and was a 1988 High School graduate. He then entered Trenton State College (Now The College of New Jersey), and graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Law & Justice.  After college, Dorion pursued a more serious relationship with the love of his life Joy (Biddle) of Willingboro, and the two were married in June of 1995.

 

Dorion attended the Philadelphia Institute and received his Certificate in Paralegal Studies in 1994, and then he joined the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office as a Prosecutor's Agent in the Victim/Witness Unit until 1998.  In the Fall of 1997, Dorion fulfilled a life-long dream and entered Rutgers University Camden - School of Law, and he graduated in 2001 with a Juris Doctorate Degree.  Dorion was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in March 2002. After doing a one year Clerkship with the Honorable Thomas Smith in the Burlington County Superior Court, Criminal Division, he opened his own law office in Burlington City in September of 2002, and continues as a Solo-Practitioner in the Law Office of Dorion B. Morgan. Dorion specializes in Criminal, Juvenile, DYFS, Municipal Court, Landlord/Tenant, and Real Estate matters.

 

Dorion is also the Founder and Pastor of Restoration Station Christian Fellowship in Edgewater Park, New Jersey.  The church celebrated 12 years of ministry and community outreach in February. It is Dorion's desire that every area of his life would glorify God and help others achieve their highest goals.
